Koto (M) Sdn Bhd has proposed to the City of Tawau to replace the make shift water villages with a Koto Floating City, using the Koto Energy Efficient Building System. The designer of the Koto Floating City- the articulate architect Mr. Hans Bohlmann of Manila, has thought of every conceivable aspect to bring comfort to the water people of Tawau.

The proposal includes a self-sustainable energy efficient township that will have water industries, aqua-culture, waste sewerage and combined solar to provide electricity and lighting for the villages. Village occupants will support a Koto Corp Australia initiative to collect paper, plastics, rice husk waste and rubber tyres, for manufacturing of a range of ancillary products from a technology developed by the inventor of the Koto Building System, that will be useful for the municipality council, highways department and fisheries.

In co-operation with Dr. Ismail and Dr. Pena of Global Quest, Koto (M) Sdn Bhd will provide low cost energy efficient housing for the Agricultural co-operative villages that will be incorporating a new technology to grow high-yield organic rice in a natural environment that is set to revolutionise the food resources.
