Joint venture partners Muhammad Taufiq of PT Klip Sarana and Kaine Telford of Koto Corp are developing 6,000 homes in Solo Indonesia and a further 640 on the perimeter of Jakarta. There are also projects for 5000 houses in Yogyakarta and 1200 more in West Jakarta.

An international standard beach resort located on the northern most tip of Borneo island is converting their current building design to use Koto because of its excellent R-value, quality finishing, ease of installation and high durability of its coating, especially in a sea front environment.
