Joint Ventures between Koto (M) Sdn Bhd, KGT Town Planners and Harbin Zongjian Architectural Practices China have been short listed to build complete cities in Chengdu, Sichuan and Wuhan, Hubei provinces. Three proposals offered to owners Y & C all designed around water, air and natural beauty, with energy efficient self sustainable city.

A spokesman for KGT Town Planning said the total emphasis is all about Energy Efficiency as the main criteria.
