The elite in the Malaysian construction industry inclusive of developers, consultants and government departments have approached Koto and noted that they are re-drawing existing projects using the Koto system.

Koto Corp has the technology and methodology to improve the construction industry. This technology is a high-output Koto Processing Line, which manufactures building products. In fact, all the building components to construct a variety of housing from low cost to high end and high-rise construction are produced out of this Koto Processing Line. No longer do we need to purchase multiple components from multiple sources as required by conventional construction.

The purpose for this technology is to provide a fully integrated, smart, green, super energy efficient and sustainable, high-speed, IBS building system that simplifies the construction industry.

Clearly, it is the only ‘Solution, to the Global Housing Crisis’ where mass housing is required, because one Koto Processing Line can produce 30 homes per hour, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Professional engineers, architects and consultants have come realising and understanding the benefits of this technology, which offers them a superior product in every facet over conventional construction.

The elite in the Malaysian construction industry inclusive of developers, consultants and government departments have approached Koto and noted that they are re-drawing existing projects using the Koto system, simply because it is no longer profitable to construct projects with the conventional methods.

Clearly, these operators have identified that they understand the need to move forward to a smart, green, sustainable, high-speed, energy efficient IBS system such as the one provided by Koto. It is a fully integrated methodology, complete with high green-index energy star rating and high IBS points qualification.

In view of the feedback and potential projects that can be secured with the Koto High-Speed Building System, a funding program is available for an investor who either has:-

Significant projects, or has the potential

To secure significant projects, or

A funding bank/ funder with funding instruments / philanthropist, NGOs who can merge with global governments / United Nations who wish to benefit from a global cash flow.

It can be demonstrated how an investor with a 1,000 homes project (or less pending its classification) could see a return of the capital investment in approximately 40 days, making this an excellent class A, fiscal responsible investment while doing something worthwhile for humanity.

Koto (M) Sdn Bhd has proposed to the City of Tawau to replace the make shift water villages with a Koto Floating City, using the Koto Energy Efficient Building System. The designer of the Koto Floating City- the articulate architect Mr. Hans Bohlmann of Manila, has thought of every conceivable aspect to bring comfort to the water people of Tawau.

The proposal includes a self-sustainable energy efficient township that will have water industries, aqua-culture, waste sewerage and combined solar to provide electricity and lighting for the villages. Village occupants will support a Koto Corp Australia initiative to collect paper, plastics, rice husk waste and rubber tyres, for manufacturing of a range of ancillary products from a technology developed by the inventor of the Koto Building System, that will be useful for the municipality council, highways department and fisheries.

In co-operation with Dr. Ismail and Dr. Pena of Global Quest, Koto (M) Sdn Bhd will provide low cost energy efficient housing for the Agricultural co-operative villages that will be incorporating a new technology to grow high-yield organic rice in a natural environment that is set to revolutionise the food resources.
