Koto (M) Sdn Bhd are taking orders for energy efficient, green panels shipped to Indonesia. The swift birds immediately commence nesting in their Koto energy efficient homes, where the quality of nest is improved and the nest harvest yield increases, as the birds find this cool environment more comfortable than hot conventional structures. Contractors are completing 70 x 24 x 3 stories high structures in just three weeks which offers excellent security.

Energy efficient Koto 4, 5 and 6 materials will be manufactured in Indonesia shortly.

Koto 6 is an earthquake-rated and high wind-speed material (zone 3 earthquake and 70 metres per second wind-speed).

In breaking news, details of the much anticipated KOTO 7 (Converting Agriculture and Waste into Sustainable Housing) are just emerging and will be placed in motion with the rebuilding of the township of Padang as a start.

As the original inventor of the Koto Energy Efficient Integrated Building System (Koto IBS), Kaine gave us Koto 4, 5 and 6 , which are already proving to be popular in many countries desperately eager for genuine solutions. Koto IBS provides upmarket housing, mass comfortable housing for schools, commercial buildings and the like, can utilise unskilled labour and still produce accurate fast installation with reduced energy costs, has excellent repeatable quality, and all processed on a Koto Production Line. Years ago Henry Ford’s production line opened up the motor vehicle industry, similarly today Koto’s created Production Line is hugely impacting the housing industry, once more taking dreams to reality.

Koto 7’s vast benefits amaze even the most harshest critics. Its basic products can be prepared requiring very little water and no fertiliser or pesticides. Increased yields can be enjoyed without degrading our environment by cutting trees, blasting, excavating and eroding our soil – without reducing the very same limestone from our planet that absorbs, captures and stores life generating CO2. These are just some of Koto 7 benefits.

Koto 7 can now be packaged and commercialised with the same holistic package as Koto, 4, 5 & 6; herein providing:-

1. Housing

2. Food Security

3. Job Creation

Already eager governments are allocating land for crops close to where they urgently need affordable housing in mass quantities to secure Koto 7’s Amazing Sustainable Housing from Renewable Resources.

The Koto inventor’s simple, but riveting message is “ If we Ruin Planet Earth – there is No Place Else to Go”.

It’s Green

It’s Quality

It’s Fire Rated

It’s Permanent

It’s Vermin Proof

It’s Affordable

Sustainable and it’s the Solution

In initiating a holistic package we are ensuing no earthly citizen will be forced to continue to live in the constellation of bad management, sick health, poor housing, joblessness and hunger because Koto 7 is the Answer – the Original – the Future – the Solution.
The Keys to your Quality Affordable Homes will soon be in a town near you.

KOTO Pakistan is bringing the solution for the housing crisis and willing to help to the Government of Pakistan, NGO’s and International Community to build up very fast, durable and economical homes.

The intellectual property owner of Koto Corp products Kaine Telford historically manufactured a range of construction products exceeding three decades. He holds a number of patented building systems, trademarks and registered designs globally, completing high-rises, commercial, upmarket, humanitarian, medium and low cost housing projects all over the country.

Koto’s Philosophy to solve the global housing crisis has 3 protocol points:-

1. Simplify,

2. Simplify, and

3. Simplify

2010 Pakistan floods washed away houses

The 2010 Pakistan floods began in July 2010 following heavy monsoon rains in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan regions of Pakistan. Present estimates indicated that over two thousand people have died and over a million homes have been destroyed since the flooding began. The United Nations estimated that more than 21 million people were injured or homeless as a result of the flooding, exceeding the combined total of individuals affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, the 2005 Kashmir earthquake, and the 2010 Haiti earthquake. At one point, approximately one-fifth of Pakistan’s total land area was underwater due to the flooding.

After the tragedy, KOTO Pakistan (a subsidiary of KOTO Corp) is bringing the solution for the housing crisis and willing to help to the Government of Pakistan, NGO’s and International Community to build up very fast, durable and economical homes with financial solution.

For the said purpose International Investment Consortium (IIC) (the project financial) and KOTO (M) Sdn Bhd (technology system owner) was signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in Malaysia dated 24th August 2010, in order to ease the burden for the people effected in Pakistan.

Koto is well placed compared to any other building system on the planet for a Zero Carbon Home, and it is available now!

THE NEXT GENERATION OF BUILDINGS

KOTO is very well placed compared to any other building system on the planet for a ‘Zero Carbon Home’, and Koto can supply it today.

Agree with it or not! Like it or not! Al Gore and the Green Movement are driven by “Global Financial Politics”, directing through global governments and Zero Carbon Homes are coming to a government in your locality.

So what does it mean? It means if you continue with ‘Conventional Construction’ you will not survive – in many countries the game is already over.

Like it or not, Change is Imminent.

Developers, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and corporations need to start thinking and acting on building ‘Smart Energy Efficient’ buildings soon, otherwise they will find their time is limited if they do not comply with the new standards coming in. The smart ones have commenced already.

You accepted the mobile phone and other telecommunications technology, electronic technology, nano technology and more, but still continue to build as we did 300 years ago? … ‘Brick by Brick, Stick by Stick’.

This method comes with outdated labour intensive issues and problems, excessive waste, slow completion schedules, expensive inferior finished product, defective workmanship, defective waterproofing and the list goes on. The opportunity for change is here now!

Many countries are now introducing either a “Star Rating” or an “Index Rating” (energy efficient points system). This system will give added value to your home which will determine the price – consequently, the greater the Star or Index value, the greater the value of your home. Like it or not – this is where it is heading.

Shortly, in some countries, if you do not have a “rating” you will not be allowed to sell your home. Many buyers know this and will source the developer or contractor who will build green today rather than pay the penalty tomorrow because the developer refused to change.

Today many utility companies globally are struggling to provide sufficient power, as the loads on the national grids are excessive. In some countries you will wait up to one year for power connection. It does not make a lot of sense to construct more power plants that generate additional heat and pollution to our atmosphere. However, it does makes more ecological and economical sense to be energy efficient and sustainable, particularly with our buildings.

The Citi Group for example, is spending USD $15 billion on the global offices they either own or occupy. Bill Clinton has launched another $15 billion global initiative for example to make council buildings energy efficient. Most responsible professional architects are either attending, have attended, or are about to attend seminars to go green and sustainable.

In essence, the news is not all the bad because if we pull together, we can all aid in the repair to some of the destruction to mother earth that we are all responsible for. There are global initiatives to get whole nations to go green and sustainable.

So JOIN US At KOTO And Be A Part Of The SOLUTION.
