About Us
Welcome to Koto, where we present to you a Solution to the Global Housing Crisis.
Koto Corp is passionate about providing a Solution to the Global Housing Crisis, so we developed the original Koto High-Speed Processing Line, where every building component for Affordable Housing can be rapidly produced to exact tolerances in mass quantities, at extraordinary high speed output.
The Koto Energy Efficient Building System will compete with conventional construction, reduce the dependency on steel and concrete, and simplify the whole construction process.
The system is ideal for any building application from low cost housing to commercial, up-market, link housing, high-rise construction, special applications, W60 C cyclonic wind load conditions and mass housing.
It is the most energy efficient building system on the planet.
History
The inventor/intellectual property owner of the Koto High-Speed, Energy Efficient Building System has manufactured a range of construction products since 1974 with a sister company. This included specialised flexible cements, architectural coating systems, a variety of claddings, Kinetic energy, generators, composites, polymers, structural compounds, elastomeric compounds, fire proofing composites, membranes and sealants.

The inventor holds a number of patented light weight building systems all with NATA approvals, trademarks and Registered Designs globally. One such patented design is the fully engineered light weight panel system for low cost housing, used in Malaysia in the late nineties on Mindef military projects, palm oil workers cottages in remote Borneo, low cost and medium cost housing for govermenment and private projects. With thousands of completed projects in commercial, up-market, high-rise, humanitarian, medium and low cost housing, we have never lost sight of our focus to maximise energy efficiency.
Koto Corp commenced an intensive Research and Development program in Australia researching a ‘Solution for the global housing crisis’ in 2004. The Koto Corp Company was born and the outcome from years of research resulted in progress of two fronts:
1. A Continuous Processing Line that could manufacture practically every building component required for construction projects at high speed.
2. New construction methodologies to completely integrated components which will simplify construction procedures.
